How to Use Skills

A Skill is a packaged expert workflow — one command, and the AI follows the creator's predefined steps to complete the entire task.

How to invoke a Skill

Method 1: Slash commands (most common)

Click the / button on the left side of the input box, or type / directly. A Skill picker dropdown appears.

Keep typing to filter by keyword, select with mouse or arrow keys, and press Enter to confirm:

/seo-audit https://example.com
/contract-review
/commit

Method 2: Natural language

Just describe what you need, and the AI will automatically match and invoke the right Skill:

Analyze the SEO issues on this website: example.com

If a matching Skill is installed, it activates automatically. Otherwise the AI answers using its general capabilities.

Attachments

The Web UI supports multiple ways to attach files:

  • Screenshots / images: Paste with Ctrl+V, or click the paperclip icon
  • PDFs / documents: Click the paperclip icon to select a file
  • Drag & drop: Drag a file into the input area

Interrupting a task

While the AI is running, a ■ Stop button appears on the right side of the input box. Click it to interrupt the current task immediately.

Settings and switching models

Click the Settings (⚙️) icon at the bottom of the left sidebar to:

  • Switch AI provider and model
  • Update your API key
  • Configure the Browser tool

Example: Using the SEO Audit Skill

# Click /, type "seo" to filter
/seo-audit https://example.com

# AI runs the expert-designed analysis and outputs:
# - Overall score and per-dimension scores
# - Issue list (sorted by severity)
# - Specific optimization recommendations
